And why did so many fewer dead people vote in 2024 than in 2020?

The campaign worker from Chicago retired?

I'd like to believe that dead people were less enthusiastic about this election than the last one, perhaps because it had only one candidate (rather than two) with one foot in the grave.

More plausibly, the district lines may have been redrawn to include less that isn't cemetery.

I have the hardest time of all believing that more than 500 dead people woulda voted for Trump in 2020…

They didn't. They voted for Biden.

But the graphic said:

“2020 Result

Biden Votes: 812 (58.97%)

Trump Votes: 536 (38.93%)”

My mental struggle is with the idea that the retired Chicago campaign worker would have been clever enough to be that balanced…

Fair enough. I didn't check the graphic, thought you were referring to the larger number.

Did you see the map of the U.S. including which states voted for KH and which of those states did not require voter ID? All but two of them. Pretty damning. Of course, they would probably say that that vindicates their claim that people are being disenfranchised. I think it vindicates our claim that without voter ID cheating will be easier to achieve.

Alternatively, very blue states are likely to follow the blue policy of making voting easy. You have the usual problem of not knowing the direction of causation.
